to put asunder those whom God hath joined together in marriage:

2. Just Causes for Divorce - 합당한 이혼 사유

nothing but adultery,

or such wilful desertion
또는 고의적인 버림은

as can no way be remedied by the Church, or civil magistrate,
교회나 세상의 법으로도 어찌할 수 없는 경우에

is cause sufficient of dissolving the bond of marriage:
이런 경우에는 결혼 관계를 해소할 충분한 이혼 사유가 됩니다.

3. Divorce Must Be Public and Orderly - 공개적이고 절차적인 이혼

wherein, a public and orderly course of proceeding is to be observed;

4. Divorce Should Not Depend on Personal Will - 당사자의 의지에 맡겨서는 안 됨

and the persons concerned in it not left to their own wills, and discretion, in their own case.
