Marriage ought not to be within the degrees of consanguinity or affinity,

2. Human Law Cannot Legalize Incest - 세상의 법으로도 근친혼 합법화 불가

Nor can such incestuous marriages ever be made lawful by any law of man,
그런 적절하지 못한 결혼은 세상의 법으로도 합법화될 수 없으며

3. Consent Does Not Permit Incest - 쌍방 동의가 있어도 근친혼 허용 불가

or consent of parties, so as those persons may live together as man and wife.
서로 간의 동의 하에 남편과 부인이 되는 것도 금지됩니다.

4. Marriage with Spouse’s Close Kin is Forbidden - 배우자의 근친과 결혼할 수 없음

The man may not marry any of his wife's kindred nearer in blood than he may of his own,
남자가 자신의 배우자의 골육 친척과 결혼할 수 없으며,

nor the woman of her husband's kindred nearer in blood than of her own.
