1. 중보자로서의 직무를 수행하기 위한 준비

1. 인간 본성을 취함
   The Lord Jesus, in his human nature thus united to the divine,
   주 예수님은 그 인간 본성이 신성과 연합되어,
2. 성령의 기름부음
   was sanctified and anointed with the Holy Spirit above measure;
   성령으로 거룩히 구별되시고 한량없는 기름부음을 받으셨으며,
3. 모든 지혜와 지식으로 충만
   having in him all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge;
   그분 안에는 모든 지혜와 지식의 보화가 가득하였습니다.
4. 거룩하며 은혜와 진리가 충만함
   in whom it pleased the Father that all fullness should dwell:
   아버지께서 모든 충만이 그 안에 거하시기를 기뻐하셨습니다.
   To the end that being holy, harmless, undefiled, and full of grace and truth,
   그래서 그분은 거룩하고 무해하며 더럽혀지지 않고 은혜와 진리가 충만하셨습니다.

 

2. 중보자로서의 부르심과 권한의 위임, 명령

1. 중보자로서 부르심
   Which office he took not unto himself, but was thereunto called by his Father;
   이 직무를 스스로 취하지 아니하시고, 아버지께서 그분을 부르셨습니다.
2. 모든 권세와 심판을 그에게 맡기심
   who put all power and judgment into his hand,
   아버지께서 모든 권세와 심판을 그분의 손에 맡기셨으며,
3. 그 직무를 실행하라는 명령을 주심
   and gave him commandment to execute the same.
   그 직무를 수행하라는 명령을 주셨습니다.
