칭의 설계자, 성부 하나님

 

God did, from all eternity, decree to justify all the elect; 성부 하나님께서 영원전부터 모든 택하신 자들을 의롭게 하실 것을 작정하셨고

 

칭의 성취자, 예수 그리스도

 

and Christ did, in the fulness of time, die for their sins, (이를 위해) 예수님께서 성부 하나님께서 허락한 때에 (이 땅에 오셔서) 죄인들을 위해 죽으셨고

 

and rise again for their justification: 의롭다 여김을 받는 자들을 위해 다시 부활하셨습니다.

 

칭의 적용자, 성령님

nevertheless, they are not justified, until the Holy Spirit doth, in due time, actually apply Christ unto them. 그럼에도 불구하고 성령님께서 합당한 때에 그들에게 그리스도를 적용해 주실 때까지는 그들은 결코 의로운 자들이 아니다.
