1. 시인의 마음의 흐름
- 초기 — 흔들림과 부러움
“그러나 나로 말하건대 내 발은 거의 지나갈 뻔하였고 내 걸음은 미끄러질 뻔하였으니 이는 내가 사악한 자의 번영을 보고 어리석은 자를 부러워하였기 때문이로다.” (73:2-3) - 시인의 현실
“내가 내 마음을 깨끗하게 하며 내 손을 무죄함 속에서 씻은 것이 참으로 헛되니 내가 종일토록 재앙을 당하며 아침마다 징계를 당하였도다.” (73:13-14) - 불평과 공동체에 대한 죄 자각

2. 마음이 깨끗한 자 (73편의 관점)
- 하나님 앞에서 자신의 어리석음과 죄를 솔직히 인정하는 마음
“내가 이같이 어리석고 무지하므로 주 앞에 짐승 같았사오나…” (73:22) - 불평하는 마음도 인정하되, 그것이 공동체에 대한 죄가 될 수 있음을 깨닫는 책임감
“내가 만일 이르기를, 내가 이렇게 말하리라, 하면, 보소서, 내가 주의 자녀들의 세대를 향하여 죄를 지으리이다.” (73:15) - 하나님과의 관계 속에서 오는 평안을 사모함

3. 무엇이 ‘선’인가? (73편에서 하나님이 베푸시는 ‘선’)

“주께서 주의 권고로 나를 인도하시고… 주께서 내 오른손을 붙드셨나이다.” (73:24, 23) - 고난과 혼란 중에도 하나님께 붙들려 회복되는 은혜
“내가 항상 주와 함께하니 주께서 내 오른손을 붙드셨나이다.” (73:23) - 세상의 허무와 악인을 뛰어넘는 영적 깨달음과 평안
“하나님의 성소에 들어갔을 때에야 비로소 그들의 종말을 내가 깨달았나이다.” (73:17) - 하나님과 가까이 함으로 얻는 참된 신뢰와 기쁨
“오직 하나님께 가까이 나아감이 내게 좋사오니 내가 주를 신뢰하였으므로 주께서 행하신 모든 일을 밝히 보이리이다.” (73:28)
“사악한 자의 번영”은 흔히 현세적이고 물질적인 성공, 불의한 방법으로 얻은 이익을 뜻합니다. 시편 73편에서 시인은 한때 그 번영을 부러워했지만, 결국 그것이 헛되고 영원하지 않음을 깨닫습니다.
반면, “깨끗한 마음에 부어주시는 하나님의 선”은 외형적인 성공이나 부귀가 아니라, 하나님과의 친밀한 관계 안에서 얻는 평안과 신뢰, 인도와 회복의 은혜입니다.

The “prosperity of the wicked” often refers to worldly, material success or unjust gain. The Psalmist once envied this prosperity, but eventually realized it is futile and not everlasting.
On the other hand, “the good that is poured into the pure in heart” is not about outward success or wealth, but the peace, trust, guidance, and restoration found in intimate relationship with God.
