1. 복음 시대의 예배는 장소에 구애받지 않음
Neither prayer, nor any other part of religious worship, is now, under the Gospel, either tied unto, or made more acceptable by, any place in which it is performed or towards which it is directed.
기도나 예배의 그 어떤 부분도 지금 복음 시대에는, 행해지는 장소나 특별히 지시받은 곳이라고 해서 하나님께서 예배를 더 받으시는 것이 아닙니다.
2. 영과 진리 안에서 드리는 예배
But God is to be worshipped everywhere in spirit and truth.
하나님은 장소에 구애받지 않고, 영과 진리 안에서 드리는 모든 예배를 받으십니다.
3. 엄숙하고 주의 깊은 공적 예배
As, in private families daily, and in secret, each one by himself; so more solemnly in the public assemblies, which are not carelessly or wilfully to be neglected or forsaken, when God, by His Word or providence, calleth thereunto.
가정에서 사적으로, 개인적으로 드리는 예배와 마찬가지로, 공공 모임에서 드리는 예배는 더 엄숙하게 드려야 하며, 하나님께서 말씀과 섭리로 우리를 예배 자리로 부르셨을 때 이를 부주의하게 하거나 고의로 소홀히 해서는 안 됩니다.
